Linda LeeMarie Pelano

    Linda LeeMarie Pelano 77, of Rome, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026.

    Linda was born on February 15, 1949 in Rome, the daughter of Earl and Myrtle Kolhepp. She attended Rome schools and was a graduate of Rome Free Academy.  She enjoyed playing Bingo, going to the casino, knitting and crocheting.

   Linda is survived by her daughters Jody (Pete) Fitzgerald, Tammy (Eric) Sochia, and Tina Pelano (Rich Bernard); her grandchildren Tim & Shyanne Robenski, Kyle Pelano, Mikenna Sochia, Montana Sochia, Katrina & Bryan Antolin, Mia Panasci, Sarah Fitzgerald, and Nicholas Panasci; great-grandchildren Gavin Watkins, Rylen Robenski, and Wesley Antolin; sisters Diane Bowen and Doris (Mark) Mulkey; and sister-in-law Bonnie Pelano.  She is predeceased by her parents, and her son Charles Pelano, Jr.

   Per the family’s request, there will be no services.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a lat    Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo Street.
