Jenner E. Iacovissi
Jenner E. Iacovissi, 32, of Rome, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.
Jenner was born in New Hartford on March 12, 1990, the son of Thomas Iacovissi and Tamara Looper Iacovissi. Jenner graduated from Oriskany Central School in 2008. Jenner had a passion for cars and could fix anything. He was always quick to help someone and frequently could be found with his head under the hood of a car that he was working on, but his true love was his pride and joy, his daughter Audrey.
Jenner is survived by his mother Tamara Iacovissi, father Thomas (Christine) Iacovissi, brother Dustin Iacovissi, and daughter Audrey Lynn Guenther-Iacovissi. He is also survived by his grandmother Darlene Iacovissi; grandparents Steven and Maridel Armstrong; special aunts and uncles, Roberta Couch, James Looper, Eric Hogan, Lisa Spencer, Jodi Brown, Kenneth (Tina) Iacovissi, Joseph Iacovissi, Dave and Sherrie Kingwater; cousins Michael and Lindsay Spencer, Daniel Brown, Hunter (Nora) Brown, Brandon and Lauren Iacovissi , Kyle and Courtney McNett, Joseph and Dominic Iacovissi; and many special friends, especially Dan Camerota. Jenner is predeceased by his grandfather Joseph “Papa Joe” Iacovissi and Audrey’s mother, Tonya Guenther.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 6 pm at the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 West Embargo St., with the Rome Fire Department Chaplain Sean O’Brien as officiant. Calling hours will be from 4-6 pm prior to the service. Burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
