Daphne A. Gibbs
Daphne A. Gibbs, 75, of Westmoreland, passed away on November 3, 2021 in the Presbyterian Home.
She was born in England on May 7, 1946, the daughter of Albert and Frances Long Williams. On August 15, 1964 in England she married Earl Gibbs.
She attended various schools in England. She enjoyed playing Bingo, Lottery tickets and caring for her family. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Westmoreland Fire Dept. and Post 1448 of the American Legion in Oriskany.
Daphne is survived by her loving family, her husband Earl, a daughter Debra Gibbs of Rome, a son Kevin Gibbs of Westmoreland and a grandchild Giovanni Monaco-Gibbs. She is predeceased by a grandson Christopher Liz, three sisters, Joyce Williams, June Anderson and Ruth Jacobs.
Funeral services will be private. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the
Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo St. Rome.
