On October 10, 1994, Connie married Armando Castro and celebrated 25 wonderful years of marriage. Armand passed away November 21, 2019.
Throughout her years she held many positions, from starting as a Switchboard Operator, to an Executive at Strandflex, Oriskany NY, travelling nationally. During the years, she spent many hours volunteering for hospice care. Connie felt honored to lead others into the transition to Heaven. She was a devoted Christian and loved to attend Mass. She had a solid strong faith in God.
She was an avid gardener, winning many awards for her yardwork. She loved her country and frequently volunteered with veterans.
Connie’s most valued role was that of a wife, mother and nana. She enjoyed making pasta on Sundays for family dinners, and making her famous salad dressing.
