Antoinette “Toni” (Spadafora) Quattrociocchi

Antoinette “Toni” (Spadafora) Quattrociocchi, 93, passed away peacefully on a golden autumn day, Friday October 11, 2019.

She was born on June 25, 1926 in Rome, the eldest child of Albert and Angeline (Uvanni) Spadafora. She graduated from RFA in1946 and became a Registered Nurse and Navy Cadet Nurse at Bellevue Hospital in New York City in 1947. Antoinette planned to serve in the US Navy, but when WWII ended, she returned to Rome and worked in a doctor’s office before becoming the Director of Nurses at the Rose Hospital, which she did for many years. Upon semi-retirement, she stayed on at Rose Hospital as Director of Personnel.

She was married on April 22, 1950 in St. John the Baptist Church to Louis J. Quattrociocchi who passed away on August 12, 2000. Family was everything to Antoinette. Toni is now watching over her precious great-grandchildren; Paul Gabriel Mullin and Olivia Grace Mullin; also Jake Simiele; a sister Florence Gotti of Dayton, OH. and several brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law as well as many nieces nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, parents, a sister Charlotte Spadafora and a brother Nathaniel Spadafora.

The family would like to thank her caregivers at The Terrace at Woodland and the loving staff of Bethany Gardens.
