Angeline “Angie” Bartolotti

Angeline “Angie” Bartolotti, 92, of Rome, passed away at home on Saturday, August 3, 2019.

She was born on May 31, 1927 in Rome the daughter of Anthony and Angeline DeSalvo Calandra. On July 26, 1947 in St. John the Baptist Church she married Gene Bartolotti, who passed away on June 20, 1969, a blessed union of 22 years. She was a graduate of RFA.

She was retired as a “Pit” clerk at the Turning Stone Casino. She enjoyed bowling, dancing and gambling and was a member of St. John the Baptist Church.

Angie is survived by her beloved family, daughters and sons-in-law, Lorraine (Norm) Campbell, Janine (Joan) Bartolotti, Ann Duran, Angela (Mark) Semo and Lisa (Ross) Tuzzolino; a son John Bartolotti; cherished grandchildren, Gene, Norman, Elizabeth (Michael), Jason (Katherine), Matthew (Karajon), Audrey, Haley, Alison, Caitlyn, Ross, Joshua and Carley; seven great-grandchildren and a brother-in-law Vincent (Vinnie) Petrucci. She was predeceased by her sister Mary Petrucci.

The family would like to extend a thank you to her special “angels”, Debbie Koenig and Ross Tuzzolino for their loving care of Angie.

Private funeral services will be celebrated on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo St. with the Rev. Paul F. Angelicchio officiating. Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery.

There will be no calling hours.
