Mary J. Domenico

Mary J. Domenico, 94, of Rome, passed away peacefully on Saturday May 18, 2019. She was the last surviving child of Julius and Mary DeSimone.

On September 3, 1945 she married Calvin Domenico, Sr., a blessed union till his death in 1995.

She was a woman of great faith. She loved people and was a successful business woman, an exceptional cook and had a flair for decorating. She will be sorely missed.

Mary leaves behind a daughter Kathy (Bob) Bilyo of Rome; daughter-in-law, Nancy Domenico of Sarasota, Fl.; grandchildren, Robert Bilyo, Jr., Kimberly (Ron) Moskal, Aimee (Dan) Hall, Calvin (Jamie) Domenico, III; and five cherished great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Calvin Domenico, Jr., and granddaughter Carrie Marie Domenico.

We are grateful to Rome Hospital nursing for their excellent care; special friends Delores VanDresar and Sister Rosaire DeMare.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family with Fr. Paul F. Angelicchio. There will be no calling hours.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo St.
