Eleanor (Sypolt) McKenzie
Eleanor (Sypolt) McKenzie, 68, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Friday, May 11, 2018.
Eleanor was a very strong and compassionate woman whom embodied the role of wife, mother and sister. She was the first to offer a helping hand to those in need. She will leave a lifelong impression on all who knew her. She will always be in the hearts of her loved ones.
As a lifelong resident of Rome, Eleanor was predeceased by her parents, Beatrice Sharpe and Harold Sypolt and her sister Margaret Anne.
Eleanor is survived by her husband, James McKenzie; her daughters, Renee Myers and Randy, Leanor Mosher and Randy, Rosemary McKenzie and Joe; sons, Charles and April Myers, John Myers and Rebecca, and Milford and Lindsey Mosher.
Surviving siblings, Dorothy Sharp, Georgette and Darrell Austie, Catherine Rousseau, Patricia and Bill Howell, Kevin and Robin Sharpe, Keith Sharpe, Butch Sypolt, Karen Flagg, George and Toni Sharpe, Anne Sharpe and Matthew Sharpe; many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday evening at 7:00 at the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo St. with the Rev. Robert Wollaber officiating.
Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. prior to the service.
