Rosanne (Izzo) Turuseta

Rosanne (Izzo) Turuseta, 57, of New Hartford, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016 in St. Elizabeth Medical Center with her loving family by her side.

She was born on August 26, 1958 in Staten Island the daughter of Frank and Mildred Marino Izzo. She was a 1976 graduate of New Dorp High School, Staten Island. Roe worked numerous jobs at local Super Markets. She and her companion Russell Scheller brought their children to the Mohawk Valley for a business venture that went sour. They decided to stay in the area for it's beauty and school system. She and Russell resided in New Hartford for the past 22 years. She retired from Price Chopper on Commercial Drive in 2006 due to health reasons.

Rosanne is survived by her beloved family, her mother Mildred; companion Russell Scheller; a son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Melissa Pinto Turuseta; a daughter Amanda Scheller; cherished grandchildren, Alexis, Dominick, Gianna and Miya Rose whom she held dear to her heart. She will be sorely missed by her family, especially Russell and Miya Rose.

A Memorial service will be held at a latter date. There will be no calling hours.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo St. Rome.
