David J. Ciccotti

David J. Ciccotti, 49, of Rome, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, May 20, 2015.

He was born on December 23, 1965 in Rome a son of Orlando "Conse" and Mary Zaccardi Ciccotti. He graduated from RFA and attended MVCC. He had worked for the family business, Marina's Restaurant. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Church.

David is survived by his beloved family, his truly loving and devoted mother Mary;

a son Anthony Ciccotti whom he adored and was his life, heart and soul, and whom he was very proud of; brothers, Robert D. and Mary Jo Ciccotti and John "JK" Ciccotti and his fiancé Chris Conti; nieces and nephews, Gabrielle, Zachary, Colin and Erin Ciccotti; a favorite aunt Nina Daniello; a favorite uncle Anthony "Tokes" Ciccotti and his uncle Lindy Voci; and many cousins. He was predeceased by his father Orlando "Conse" and a nephew Bobby T. Ciccotti.

Funeral services will be celebrated on Saturday morning at 10:00 in St. John the Baptist Church for a Mass of Christian Burial with the Rev. Paul F. Angelicchio as celebrant. Interment in St. John's Cemetery.

Relatives and friends may greet the family from 9:15 to 10:00 a.m. prior to the Mass.

There will be no calling hours.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo St.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in David's memory may be made to the Bobby T. Ciccotti Foundation, 5595 Shed Rd., Rome, NY 13440. Envelopes will be available at the church.
