Rosalie A. Mandronico
Rosalie A. (Catalano) Mandronico, 72, of Rome and Harleysville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Lansdale Hospital, PA.
She was born on March 4, 1943 in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of Rosario and Marye DiRuzzo Catalano. On October 3, 1964 in St. John the Baptist Church she was married to Alexander H. Mandronico, a blessed union of 50 years. .
She was a graduate of St. Aloysius Academy in Rome and attended Syracuse School of Business. The family relocated to Pennsylvania in 1975. Rosalie was the famous Rodi of Rodi's Restaurant in Chalfont. She spent 28 years at Cedarbrook Country Club wearing many different hats. Most recently she was a bus assistant for the North Penn School District and she loved working with children with special needs. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Rosalie is survived by her beloved family, her husband Alex, her children, Judi Mandronico, Toni and Raymond Stuetz and Shari and Keith Whitby; cherished grandchildren, Cecilia and Matthew Stuetz; two brothers, James Catalano of Massena, NY and Dominick Catalano of Kent, Ohio; many nieces and nephews and loved ones.
Funeral services will be celebrated on Tuesday morning at 11:00 in St. John the Baptist Church for a Mass of Christian Burial with the Rev. Joseph Sestito as celebrant. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery.
Relatives and friends may call on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo St.
