Loretta Jean Phillips

Loretta Jean Phillips, 80, of Cleveland, NY, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014 in the Rome Memorial Hospital.

She was born on July 5, 1934 in Amboy, NY the daughter of Guy and Pearl McGee Congden. She retired after working for the Naval Air Station and QVC. She enjoyed camping and traveling and was very active in many Christian Church organizations.

Loretta is survived by her two sons, Wayne Price and Danny Price, both of Cleveland, NY; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Donald Congden, and Victor and Sherri Congden. She was predeceased by a daughter Donna Jean Morgan, and her parents.

Funeral services are private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo St.
