Joseph A. Pasqualetti

Joseph A. Pasqualetti, 88, of Rome, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019 in St. Luke’s Hospital with his loving family by his side. He was born on March 5, 1930 in Rome a son of Cristo and Maria Zeppieri Pasqualetti. On June 6, 1953 he married Josephine DiBerardino in St. John the Baptist Church; she passed away on January 26, 2012. Joe was a graduate of RFA. He, along with his wife, were the owners and operators of the Roman Pastry Shop for over 30 years. He was considered one of the best cake makers and was an outstanding cake decorator. Anna M. Daniello Thomas

Anna M. Daniello Thomas, 90, of Rome, passed away on Friday, February 22, 2019 in Bethany Gardens with her loving family by her side. She was born on February 17, 1929 in Mildred, PA, a daughter of Nicholas and Frances Piccola Daniello, Sr. She was a graduate of Rome Schools. Anna had worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for DDSO until her retirement. She loved her family and cherished the time spent with her children and grandchildren, She also enjoyed reading, cooking, baking and doing ceramics. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church. Anna is survived by her beloved family, three sons and daughters-in-law, Darrell and Catherine Thomas of Lee Center, Brian and Carrie Thom

Mary J. Colangelo

Mary J. Colangelo, 79, of Rome, passed away on February 14, 2019 in the Rome Memorial Hospital. She was born on February 13, 1940 in Rome, a daughter of Nicholas and Louise Clapps Colangelo. She was a graduate of RFA. She had worked as a monitor of the Rome Schools. Mary is survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private. Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery. Private funeral services have been entrusted to the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo St.
